About the role

We are hiring a driven and articulate International Sales Associate (Telecaller) to join our team for a part-time, remote position focused on handling outbound sales calls to prospects in the U.S. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a proactive attitude towards lead engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

  • Make a targeted number of outbound calls to U.S.-based leads.
  • Introduce the company's products or services in a clear, concise, and confident manner.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable offerings.
  • Address client queries effectively, overcoming objections with confidence.
  • Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
  • Share daily call updates and conversion feedback with the internal team.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Update and maintain lead details, call notes, and conversion status in the CRM tool.
  • Participate in daily/weekly virtual check-ins or performance meetings.
  • Share market/customer insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience in international calling, U.S. sales, or customer support is highly preferred.
  • Must be available during specified working hours (10 PM to 3 AM IST).
  • Strong internet connection, headset, and laptop/desktop is a must.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect and build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Preferred skills

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage, influence, and convert prospects confidently.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to track and manage leads.
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, documentation, video calls).
